The vegetables grown in the open field, when they reached their major organoleptic qualities are collected, washed, cut and cooked in the day. The processing is exclusively manual and implies a highly accurate at all stages of processing. Our products contain only natural preservatives: salt, sugar, vinegar, extra virgin olive oil.
